Terms, conditions and privacy policy
"No gathering or celebration of any kind is allowed in the room. The property reserves the right to expel any additional occupant in the room.
This reservation is not transferable.
In the event of a no-show, a one night fee (including any applicable government tax) will be charged to your credit card provided at time of booking or as per revised booking conditions as per offer.
The property reserves the right to remove guests from the property due to their conduct and behavior or for any other reason of safety, security or medical. This applies in particular if customers do not follow the instructions given by employees of the establishment, express themselves in a discriminatory manner, harass or endanger other customers.

Clients will not be allowed to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the property at any time.
Clients are required to produce original proof of identity upon arrival at the property.
The special conditions of the offer will be applicable to the respective reservations and in case of conflict, the conditions of these special offers will prevail.
In the event of a conflict in the actual invoice provided to you after receipt of the services, the terms of the invoice shall prevail.
Cleanliness and hygiene must be adequately maintained by the client. The guest must always comply with the safety, security and hygiene advice duly provided by the property and avoid contravening these. The guest will be solely responsible for any violation if identified.
All property assets and valuables must be properly maintained and must not be damaged or destroyed. The property has the discretion to charge fees in the future if it is proven beyond a doubt that such damage/destruction to the property’s assets (both movable and immovable) was made or caused by the guest.

Guests will not be allowed to compromise health, safety and security aspects
If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerance to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is the guest’s responsibility to inform the management of the establishment before your arrival.
Management and staff are working hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure the maintenance of a secure environment and we ask our customers to do the same. The property assumes no responsibility for personal belongings lost, stolen or misplaced in the establishment due to the acts and omissions of the clients themselves.

Items found on the premises are recorded and kept in a secure location. Subsequently, the items are either disposed of or donated to charity. The property does not accept any responsibility for contacting persons in relation to lost goods. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after check-out are only kept until the end of the day on that day.
The claimed items can be picked up from the property with a valid ID or alternatively, the property can arrange postage on behalf of the customer at his expense.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. In the event that changes are made, the revised terms and conditions will be immediately posted on this site. Please check the latest information published here to inform you of any changes.

We do our best to ensure that the booking arrangements are satisfactory, however, the property accepts no responsibility for any financial or other loss, travel delay, injury, damages, additional expenses or inconveniences caused directly or indirectly by events that are beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil commotion, vehicle defects, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire, flood, force majeure, acts of the government or any other authority, changes in governmental regulations, accident or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.
Transportation to the airport is provided as an auxiliary service and the property is not responsible for what happens to customers during such transits.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

By proceeding with the reservation, you also agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the establishment, your subsequent stay will be subject to the standard terms and conditions of the establishments in respect of their reservation/stay at the establishment.
You also agree that the terms and conditions as provided on the website constitute the binding agreement between yourself and the property in relation to all business arrangements, including booking, stay, payment, use of facilities, etc., of any kind whatsoever.
The establishment may, at its sole discretion, cancel the reservation if it considers that the information provided is falsified or incomplete.
The client voluntarily agrees and allows property representatives to profile the client from the public domain in order to verify the client’s details and provide adequate reception services during their stay at the property.
The Property shall be entitled to modify, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the property in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any kind arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the booking and your stay at the property.

The property will not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses you incur as a result of the cancellation of the reservation by the property.

The property accepts no liability for any failure on the part of the property to comply with these conditions when such a failure is due to circumstances beyond its control.

If the Property waives on one occasion any rights conferred upon it in these conditions, this does not mean that such rights will be automatically waived on any other occasion.

Mediation of consumption

After having contacted the customer service and in the absence of a satisfactory response within a period of 2 months, the client may contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on their website: www.mtv.travel.
